Answer: Darksoul VII is an online extreme metal underground community that is constantly evolving and growing in order to provide top promotion of extreme metal bands, the most information and features for metal fans, and a networking point for all things metal. Our bands, shows, venues, and music news pages function much like the Open Directory Project, anyone can add info to the database so that we can all benefit from our collective knowledge of the metal world. We do review entires after they are posted, and if something doesn't belong it gets removed. This is our website, all of us, the metalheads, anyone who adds to darksoul7.com is a part of darksoul7.com and we appreciate all the support in making this site one of the fastest growing metal sites on earth. Question: What is the best way to view Darksoul VII? Answer: Darksoul VII is best viewed as follows: 1. Use Internet Explorer 6 + 2. Set your monitor to 1024x768, although you can still view it in 800x600, it looks better in 1024x768. 3. Set your browser to refresh each visit to a page. We add content daily, you don't want a cached version of the page otherwise you will miss the newest updates. 4. DSL or Cable Broadband Internet Connection is HIGHLY recommended. |

Question: How often can I request a song? Answer: You can request a song once every 20 minutes. This way everyone gets a chance to request songs and our queue does not get flooded by one person. |

Question: Are there other request limits? Answer: Yes. No band can be requested more than once in 2 hours and the same song can not be requested in 4 hours. We want to make sure that there is not too much repetition. |

Question: Can you play my band on your station? Answer: If you would like to submit a CD to be added please send a press pack to : Darksoul VII 209 S Monte Vista Ave San Dimas CA 91773 USA Keep in mind We Play Only: Black, Death, Gore, Guttural, Grind, Thrash, Hybrid, and Progressive Metal. If your band does not meet that requirement you will not be added. We will not guarantee that your band will be added even if it meets our format. Also, we do not return press packs. |

Question: I sent Darksoul VII a CD or press pack but have yet to hear back or see a review on your site. Did you get it? Answer: We recieve a lot of mail, it can take up to four weeks before we get the chance to review your disc. If you still hear nothing after 4 weeks, then would be a good time to contact us. |

Question: Who does your interviews? And how can I get my band interviewed? Answer: Dark does the interviews. At present time, darksoul7.com is not doing any interviews with unsigned bands. |

Question: I have trouble reading text on your site it's too bright or too dark. Answer: Adjust the brightness and contrast settings on your monitor. |

Question: Do you have a mailing list? Answer: No we don't. With all the spam, junk, ads, etc. being sent out across the internet we see no point in adding to it. Despite marketing claims, e-mailing lists do very little to produce web traffic. We also don't like bogging down our server to send out mass emails. |
